This edition of Bookmarked is dedicated to a more visual form of storytelling: graphic novels. Bring along the series you’ve been meaning to start, the standalone you keep putting off, or that indie zine picked up on a whim.

Reading together in companionable quiet is its own pleasure. The (optional) discussion about our favourite panels, storylines or characters is a bonus. And if your shelf is looking sparse, Atta Galatta have curated a selection of graphic novels just for us! 

This event is part of our Programmes at the Library series at BIC.

We’re reimagining the BIC Library as a warm, welcoming space for connection and exploration. Through thoughtfully curated sessions, we aim to engage the diverse interests and ages within our community. Our goal is to create an enriching environment for discovery, experimentation, and collaboration, beyond the books on our shelves!
