Get ready to groove as My Ex Ate My Guitar takes you down memory lane and makes you groove to the tunes of classic hits this Thursday at Hard Rock Cafe, St. Marks Road. 

My Ex Ate My Guitar is a Bangalore based acoustic trio with an affinity towards pop and rock music. Their set is built to hit the audience with a perfect mix of the classic hits along with the modern day tunes. Michael Jackson to Eric Clapton & Britney Spears, Coldplay to Rihanna & Adam Levine we’ve got you covered. From performing at all major college fests and at clubs and events across the city, their journey has been filled with a lot of laughs and music. The band features Sanjana on vocals, who is a classically trained singer and has performed at TedX, India’s Got Talent and New York Lincoln Centre etc. On guitar is Mervyn, predominantly a finger style guitar player who has been playing and performing for about 7 years. He has performed and collaborated with many local artists on projects and events. Finally, there’s Niranjan on percussion, the guy with a beat for every mood. Playing a wide variety of instruments, he has been gigging around the city for years now and has collaborated with a bunch of people across the city. 

Their most recent events have been corporate gigs at Nasdaq, Dell, Flipkart and a book launch event for Shashi Tharoor.
