Braveheart Brunch creates an authentic dining experience showcasing the best of regimental cuisines inspired by the recipes garnered from the archives of the Indian Army.

The Brunch Menu will feature dishes like Ladhaki Thukpa – Ladakh Regiment, Kanyakumari Fish Curry – Madras Regiment, Aloo ke Gutke – Garhwal Regiment, Puran Poli- Maratha Regiment.

The Regimental Diaries-inspired menu will be showcased in all Hilton hotels at the same time – on the 13th of August Sunday Brunch & on the 15th of August Independence Day Special Lunch Buffet.
