Event Description

Bring Your Own Book is a book club spread across multiple cities in India. Members of the club meet once a month to discuss a book that they have read recently / favourite book. The Bangalore BYOB chapter has been holding meets for almost 8 years in venues across the city.

The 92nd meet of the Bangalore Bring Your Own Book Club (Bangalore BYOB) is scheduled for Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 at 3 pm. The meeting will be in-person at Bangalore and the venue will be disclosed by email (to those who register), 2 days before the scheduled date. The format followed is that each participant is allotted time (usually 5-7 minutes, depending on the number of participants) to talk about any book they have read, and what they liked or didn't like about it, with a very brief outline of the book (no spoilers please)!

Other participants may then pitch in with questions, and responses about the book under discussion, the author, the genre, similar books, etc. Registration is required if you want to join the meet. Details of Venue for the meet will be emailed to those who register.

Please note that Registrations will close by 6 pm on Thursday, 21st September, 2023

**Owing to limitations of seating space and in order to facilitate quality discussion time, participation may be restricted to the first 30 persons who arrive at the venue and join the meeting.**
