We are happy to host Cafe Jazz Sessions in 2025! One of the pioneers of jazz in the city, Jagadeesh MR, Director of The Bangalore School of Music and founder of MoonArra World Fusion Ensemble, started Cafe Jazz Sessions in February 2022. A monthly event aimed at building a community of jazz musicians in the city and fostering a culture of creativity, this platform provides an opportunity to connect and with audiences through jam sessions, lecture demonstrations, and performances. The project has fostered a faithful community of musicians who participate and interact freely with younger jazz aspirants while audiences get a rare opportunity to watch, listen and understand the creative processes in jazz.

The 27th edition on July 25 is about the art of improvisation and jamming.
