Introducing the Beginner's Capoeira Workshop with Capoeira Academy India and Bangalore Creative Circus Bangalore Capoeira Academy is thrilled to announce a unique and exciting collaboration with Bangalore Creative Circus to bring the ancient art of capoeira to beginners in the community. Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art form that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. It is known for its fluid and acrobatic movements and its use of rhythm and song. This workshop will introduce participants to the basics of capoeira, including its history, techniques, and cultural significance. Participants can expect to learn the foundational movements of capoeira, such as the Ginga (basic step), meia lua de compasso (half moon), and aú (cartwheel). They will also learn basic capoeira songs and rhythms and will have the opportunity to practice in a supportive and encouraging environment.
