First Drop Theatre presents Care-Tharsis...Through the Eyes of Caregivers, a performance in the format of Playback Theatre, at Lahe Lahe (Indiranagar) on 18th December 2021 (Saturday, 7 PM India time)
About the Show:
What does it take to take care of someone - as a partner, child, friend, parent, sibling, professional caregiver. What are the feelings, moments and stories that emerge, for the caregiver and the person receiving the care. Not all of us might have been in either of these roles - that of a caregiver or receiver - but what have been our experiences as a witness. What voices are heard and what are, perhaps, unheard? Let's get together to share stories of caregiving and receiving, and along the way, care a bit for one another.
First Drop Theatre presents Care-Tharsis...Through the Eyes of Caregivers, a Playback Theatre performance. Care-Tharsis has been a hugely popular, flagship engagement of First Drop Theatre at multiple venues and different audiences. Playback theatre is a powerful and beautiful form of theatre where the actors will play back your real-life stories on-the-spot, in an authentic and respectful manner, using text, poetry, movement, metaphors, music and more!
