Shangri-La Bengaluru marks the auspicious festival of Navratri from March 19 to 27, 2026, with specially curated festive menus at b Café and Ssaffron, bringing together traditional flavours associated with the nine-day celebration.

The menu reflects classic fasting preparations enjoyed during the season, featuring dishes such as Shakarkand aur Anar ki Chaat, Sabudana Vada, Dahi Aloo, Khata Meetha Kaddu, Sabudana Khichdi, Kuttu ki Roti and Amaranth Thalipeeth, followed by the comforting dessert Samvat Chawal ki Kheer. Designed to honour festive traditions while celebrating wholesome flavours, the offerings bring together the essence of Navratri dining.
