At The Hebbal Café, our Executive Chef Rajeev Kumar has crafted an exquisite Onam Special Theme Buffet Lunch, a labor of love that pays homage to this ancient Hindu tradition and its significance in Indian culture. An exquisite multi-cuisine buffet showcasing the best of Kerala's culinary history will be served for lunch. The Sambhar, Avial, Elicheri, Pulichery, Morcurry, Valaikka Thovaran, Adapratham, and tapioca, a staple of Kerala cuisine known as Kappa Kalangu, will be the main attraction of the buffet.
