Event Description

Shangri-La Bengaluru welcomes the New Year with a specially curated Ugadi dining experience on 19 March 2026 across b Café and Ssaffron, celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

The festive spread at b Café features regional favourites such as Alasandala Garelu, Gongura Kodi Vepudu, Mavadikaya Pappu, Paneer Ghee Roast, Kori Gassi and Rayalaseema Chepala Pulusu, complemented by traditional sweets including Pootharekulu.

At Saffron, the celebration continues with a thoughtfully curated Ugadi  Thali, beginning with the customary Panakam, followed by festive dishes such as Vankaya Kothimeera Karam, Mamidikaya Mudda Pappu, Nimmakaya Annam and Avara Kalu Pulao, ending on a sweet note with Gasagasa Coconut Payasam and Poornam Boorelu.
