Having worked as a Cinematographer for most of his adult life, Hemant Chaturvedi always felt that the stalwarts of his profession rarely got the recognition that they deserved. While leaving his career after 30 years in filmmaking, he decided to approach 14 cinematographers and to travel with them on their journeys as creative professionals. He wanted to understand the universal ethics, aesthetics and morality that are quickly vanishing from his profession, but were steadfast in a previous generation of professionals. This documentary is a series of interviews with these 14 cinematographers, on a variety of profession-related subjects and issues, with questions that are relatable to everyone in a creative field. It is the first documentary of its kind, covering subjects that are often and almost everyone in this film has never ever been interviewed before, with the depth and honesty you will experience when you watch the film.
