This year, celebrate the Chinese New Year at Sriracha with delectable main course platters perfect for two. Chef Vikas Seth will serve a trio of culinary creations that are sure to entice your taste buds with a burst of flavours - The Szechuan Pomfret, either steamed or fried, Soy Glazed Roasted Chicken and Cantonese Chili Plum Bean Tofu. The dishes are served with a host of accompaniments like assorted Asian green vegetables, wok tossed white & black fungus, sesame tossed bean sprouts, crispy lotus chips, house Sriracha sauce and a choice between fortune rice and butter garlic chili steamed noodles.
