Event Description

Bangalore, 12th May: Chowman, India’s most celebrated Asian dining chain, proudly announces the debut of its first-ever Asian Food Festival, marking a milestone in its 15 years of culinary excellence. This special edition brings together authentic and exotic dishes from six countries like Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and China across Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi, and Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director, Chowman, said, “This festival is not just a new addition to our menu - it’s a heartfelt tribute to the rich and diverse culinary heritage of Asia. For the first time, we are venturing beyond the borders of China to embrace and celebrate the authentic regional flavours of countries we deeply admire, such as Thailand, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and more. Each dish featured in this festival is a reflection of our passion for culinary storytelling - rooted in age-old traditions, crafted with precision, and presented with the care our patrons have come to expect from Chowman. Our aim is to offer guests more than just a meal; we want to transport them across Asia through an immersive dining experience that brings together bold flavors, vibrant ingredients, and cultural authenticity. At Chowman, we believe that food has the power to connect people across borders, and with this festival, we hope to spark curiosity, appreciation, and delight in every bite.” The menu will be featured for dine-in only. Available: Dine-in only Time: 12 Noon - 10:30 PM Date: 12th May onwards Place: Across all Chowman Outlets
