Eat, drink & be merry at 1Q1’s Christmas Brunch on 25th December from 12:30 PM to 4 PM.

1Q1 Chef’s have hand-picked traditional ingredients that play a part in creating a menu that truly brings out the festive flavours with dishes from Asian-spiced turkey with cranberry glaze to sichuan-style pork to smoked salmon and crabmeat to Asian prawn cocktail to grilled shrimp quinoa spring rolls to turkey meatballs and lots more! We have a live Japanese Robatayaki grill cooking prawns & chicken along with a variety of vegetables - marinated & cooked to perfection with an array of accompaniments. Live salad, waffles, pancakes & antipasto stations along with a live trolley preparing Thai drunken noodles, created according to your taste & preference.

Sip on some of our signature drinks & special Christmas cocktails while you get in the groove with Rachna & Joshua who will be performing some upbeat & funky tunes live, along with some contemporary classics & carols.
