Essential know-how for the coffee curious! Here’s what’s happening in this intimate, five-slots-only workshop:
• Meet and greet our cutting edge coffee equipment
• Brew an espresso (learn dosing, grinding and tamping, pulling a shot – look, feel, taste)
• Deconstruct a Cappuccino (nail the ratio of espresso:milk:foam and the right taste profile)
• Deconstruct a Café Latte (steaming and texturing milk; plus, try your hand at latte art!)
• Most importantly, you’ll get to practice the skills and learn how to care for your coffee gear
• At the end, you graduate with an honorary diploma in Coffee 101: Grind, Dose & Tamp
