Event Description

We invite you all to a special tree workshop – “combating tree blindness: connecting with nature in the city” facilitated by Dr. Prachi Gupta, Faculty, School of Climate Change & Sustainability, Azim Premji University, the workshop will explore the ecological, cultural and emotional significance of trees in urban life. Through interactive sessions including discussions on the benefits of urban trees, storytelling and folklore, outdoor scavenger hunts for tree identification, and reflections on urban greening initiatives, the program offers participants a unique chance to deepen their awareness and reconnect with nature in the heart of the city. 27 September 2025, Saturday | 11:30 am to 5:00 pm
