Bangalore Creative Circus is pleased to invite you to Coming Home, a sharing circle designed to cultivate resilience. A sharing circle is a sacred space to help identify our feelings, express ourselves fully, listen with our hearts, learn from each other, and grow together. Facilitated by holistic educators, Karuna Jenkins and Sahil Raina, Coming Home promises to be a space of connection, intimacy and belonging. In a world that is increasingly becoming isolated, sharing our inner worlds can be a tremendous gift that we can give ourselves. Together, we will meditate, move, listen and most of all share our stories of joy and pain. We will explore approaches that bring individual and collective resilience and remember our connection with ourselves, our communities and with this Earth. All COVID related guidelines will be followed.
