Event Description

A sharing circle is a safe space to help identify our feelings, express ourselves fully, listen with our hearts, learn from each other, and grow together. In a world of shortcuts and short sightedness, a sharing circle enables us to slow down, journey within, create connections, and find resilience.

Through various group activities, we will explore approaches that bring ease, belonging, and resilience within our bodies, our communities, and the Earth.

Facilitated by holistic educators Karuna Jenkins and Sahil Raina, COMING HOME is a co-created space where together, we will give forms to our inner worlds

Bangalore Creative Circus is a community space to inspire and enable a more conscious way of living. See their website and instagram if you would like to facilitate or participate in their work.

Entry: Monthly classes Rs 2250/-

One off class Rs 650/-
