The festival will be led by home chef Rani, who hails from the northern part of Tamil Nadu – Karaikudi along with the Executive chef Sajid and the entire culinary team of the hotel. Home chef Rani has been catering core Tamil Nadu/Chettinadu style cooking for over 30 years.
