Event Description

The delicate art of crocheting is a lifelong skill that you can use to make beautiful gifts for others and items for yourself and your home. This course is for people who have a basic knowledge of crochet stitches.
PREREQUISITES :
-Should know how to work the crochet needle and yarn.
Should know the basic crochet foundation stitches like:
-Chain stitch
-Slip knot
-Single Crochet
-Magic circle
-Slip stitch
(We’ll be quickly revising all of the above in the first session)
PROJECTS COVERED :
Beanie, Scarf/Muffler, Granny Squares, and New stiches
Participants will be encouraged to try out designs of their own with stitches learned.
Materials Required:
Project 1: (Beanie)
-4ply yarn, any colour, 100-150 GM’s
-needle: 4-5mm
Project 2: (Muffler)
– Any wool of your choice, medium or chunky.
– corresponding needle
Project 3: (Granny squares)
-4ply yarn in 4-5 colours- 1 ball/ 50-100 GM’s of each colour.
-corresponding crochet hook.
-scissors
-paper and pen
Age group: 12 years and above
Date: Starting on 11th April and ends on 9th May
Date: Sundays
Time: 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Fee: Rs 2200 (includes taxes)
