Event Description

Alliance Française de Bangalore will host a special Dasara doll exhibition from the collection of artist and animation engineer Sowmya Srikanth, opening on Friday, 26th September at 6 PM. The display features handmade dolls and heirlooms preserved for over 80 years, many crafted from clay Sowmya prepares herself, blending traditional techniques with contemporary artistry.

The inauguration will be attended by members of the Royal Family of Mysore. Over the weekend, Sowmya will also conduct storytelling workshops using the dolls (Saturday, 2:30 PM & Sunday, 1 PM).
