Among the dishes you will relish are Wild Rice Yoghurt Kozhambu with Crisp Lotus Stem and Asparagus, Beetroot Avarekkai Ravioli with Mint Walnut pesto and Crisp Parmesan, and Lemon poppy Seed Bars with Pomegranate Ice Cream.
