Event Description

Ranga Shankara will present Jigsaw on January 3 at 3.30 pm and 7.30 pm, a bittersweet comedy by Delhi-based Ruchika Theatre Group, directed by veteran theatre practitioner Feisal Alkazi.

The play follows a dying Parsi man who asks a friend to locate three adults conceived from his sperm. As their lives intersect, the narrative explores identity, relationships, sexuality and the idea of family in a contemporary world. Blending humour with introspection, Jigsaw is performed by an ensemble of 13 actors aged between 20 and 70.

Founded in 1972, Ruchika Theatre Group is known for its socially engaged productions in English, Hindi and Urdu, and has performed widely across India and internationally.
