Dhaba launches a winter menu with delicacies that are filled with childhood nostalgia  Renowned Azure Hospitality’s Dhaba Estd. 1986 Delhi has launched a new Dilli Ki Sardi menu, perfect for winters. It’s time to treat your tastebuds with delicious North Indian delicacies, which have been winter staples for years. The new Dilli Ki Sardi menu is a limited edition winter menu which will be available from 7th December, 2022 at all Dhaba outlets PAN India. The concept, ethos and legacy that Dhaba Estd. 1986 Delhi thrives on has been open for more than 30 years now. The cold weather in Delhi goes well with the seasonal availability of the ingredients used in the menu, the combination is just perfect and hence the menu is known as Dilli ki Sardi. For the Dilli ki Sardi menu Dhaba has used all winter special ingredients like sesame seeds (Till) , sarson (mustard) etc. At Dhaba the main focus has always been to prepare dishes in a pure and authentic way; to prepare dishes like how your Dadi or Nani use to prepare at home filled with loads of love and care. The essence of their dishes is not to overcook the fresh green vegetables in order to retain the nutritional value of the greens. Winters is all about warm, soul food. North Indian food with its rich ingredients is all about comfort. Indian Cuisine, especially North Indian thrives on seasonal vegetables like (mustard) sarson, Fenugreek (methi), Spinach (palak) , Raddish (mooli), winter carrots etc. Dhaba with its new menu is bringing back all the winter vibes with traditional winter dishes like Sarson ka Saag served with Makki ki Roti with white fresh butter and jaggery. The other new delicious dishes introduced in the Dilli Ki Sardi menu are Til Wali Murgh ki Chaap, Kasundi Fish Tikka, Methi Malai Paneer Tikka and Gajar Ka Halwa which are perfect for the weather.   This winter, relish the new Dilli ki Sardi menu with Sarson ka Saag and Makki ki Roti at your nearest Dhaba outlet.
