We help you craft a unique hero—or anti-hero—who reflects your inner world, exploring their strengths, vulnerabilities, dreams, fears, and traumas in a safe and imaginative space.

Breathe life into your character’s story through guided prompts, group discussions, and creative journaling. Add a touch of magic with vintage stickers, maps, and character portraits to create a keepsake as special as your hero. This workshop celebrates storytelling, community, and the transformative healing power of self-expression.
