With a thought for a better world, Joann’s Performing Arts Company in Collaboration with C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers, brings to you- EKAM- The longing of one's soul to embrace Universal Love.

While the purpose of the dance is to delight the hearts of the spectators, its ultimate purpose is the purification of one’s own mind and soul. Join us as we set out to create that moment of spiritual bliss through dance and music. Ekam highlights the Joy and Spirit of pure Kathak, as dancers weave the tapestry of their movements through vibrant footwork, rhythmic patterns, and breathtaking pirouettes, with strong rhythmic passages & soulful melodies of the Moghul and Sufi eras.

Ekam is our endeavor to spread the concept of Universal Love, that the Divine doesn’t exist outside of us in an unattainable place. The divine exists within. Aham Bramhasmi- I am the divine.
