This 2-hour Couples Movement Intensive invites you to slow down as a pair, tune into yourselves and each other, and rediscover connection beyond conversation, all within a focused, immersive session.

Through guided partner movement and presence-based exercises, you’ll explore trust, expression, play, and emotional attunement without relying on words.

A short workshop, but one that can create a lasting shift in how you connect, communicate, and move together.
