Holi is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate the festival of colours than gathering with your loved ones around the table and enjoying a truly desi brunch We have designed a unique regional feast with a wide variety of live counter dishes, such as chaat counters, flavors of Jharkhand/Bihar with the traditional Holi special of Duska and sattu poori with chicken bharta and aloo channa gravy. The main course features delectable dishes such as Kosha murghi, Champaran mutton, Goan fish curry, Kathal (jackfruit) korma and Dalma (famous Orissa dish). For dessert, indulge in traditional treats such as Chiroti ladoo, Pista Rasmalai, Obattu, Kaju katli, Dryfruit stuffed Jamun, Malpua Rabri, Mawa Gujiya, to name just a few. And Holi is not complete without some refreshing Thandai, Roohafza, Holi kanji, mango lassi and Nannari sharbat as a special Holi drink.
