Treat yourself to the flavourful Khushk Kasale Wale Machi Tikke - Marinated with dry spices and mustard, cooked to perfection with the right blend of spices. Indulge in a royal delicacy, Ash Kauri Champan - The favourite dish of Princess of Kapurthala, cooked on a tawa with mutton stock and spices. Followed by, Dal Panjarangi- Five varieties of dal cooked with ginger and garlic, Subedaran Ki Kadhi – A traditional yogurt curry with dumplings and Phulkari Pulao – A rice dish that is the representation of a cloth with a lot of colours and textures that will create a visual delight.
