Chef Dhanaram Maharaj and Courtyard Hebbal’s Executive Chef Rohan Malwankar have come together to make this food festival one to remember. It promises an incredible lineup of dishes and desserts that are bound to rekindle your palate. Chef Dhanaram Maharaj has travelled all the way from Jaipur and brought his Dado (Grandfather) precious recipes passed down for generations. His great-grandfathers have a plethora of experience in cooking in the royal kitchen of Jodhpur and Udaipur. With experience working at renowned hotel brands such as Taj, ITC, Oberoi, Marriott, and Fairmont, and catering in bulk in and around Jodhpur, he is sure to impress you with Rajputana Food. Chef Dhanaram’s specialty is the Marwari cuisine and now he's here to give you an authentic Rajasthani experience like never before. Enjoy scrumptious classics like Daal Baati Churma, a dish that's nothing short of a legend, Gatte ki Sabzi, Bajra Roti, Kadhi Kachori, and sweet treats like Balushahi, Sutar Feni, Jalebi, and Rasmalai.
