'Remembering with Love’ is a 3-hour Expressive Art Immersion where we will together go on a journey of storytelling, dancing, drawing, painting, creating art and much more! In this session you will be guided and encouraged to use the magic of your childlike imagination to create art, to play, to express yourself and to softly transmute the emotional strains/burdens of our day to day lives. No mind only heart! You'll have a wide range of art material at your disposal for you to experiment with. No prior knowledge of any kind of arts and craft is required. Just show up simply with an intention to play and create! Let the child in us all, come forth and play!
