FICCI FLO, India’s leading women-led chamber of commerce, has announced AI INDIA 2026 – Led by Women. Shaping the Intelligence Era, a landmark national artificial intelligence conclave to be held on 22 January 2026 at ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru.
A national initiative of FICCI FLO led by its President, Poonam Sharma, the conclave will bring together women leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and senior executives from 21 FLO chapters across India. The platform positions itself among the country’s first large-scale, women-led forums dedicated to AI, deep technology, and future-ready leadership.
The initiative has been conceptualised and spearheaded by Dekyi Yangtso Chawla, Chairperson, FICCI FLO Bengaluru and Co-founder, Reward360 Global Services. The conclave aims to move women beyond awareness to confident adoption, application, and leadership in the intelligence era. Speaking on the conclave, Dekyi Yangtso Chawla said, “AI is not merely a technological shift - it is a leadership moment. Through AI INDIA 2026, we are creating a space where women move from observing this transformation to actively shaping it, with confidence, clarity, and purpose. This conclave is about equipping women to lead intelligently in a world where technology will increasingly influence every decision we make.”
Poonam Sharma, National President, FICCI FLO, further added, “AI INDIA 2026 represents a defining milestone for FICCI FLO. As one of India’s first women-led national AI conclaves, it brings together our members from across all chapters to engage meaningfully with the technologies shaping our future. This initiative reflects FLO’s commitment to ensuring that women are not only prepared for the intelligence era, but are at the forefront of leading it.”
AI INDIA 2026 will feature a strong line-up of India’s leading AI builders, innovators, and educators, offering a curated mix of keynote addresses, fireside conversations, and hands-on workshops designed specifically for women leaders.
Headlining the conclave is Vivek Raghavan, Co-founder of Sarvam AI, who will deliver a keynote on Building India-First AI: Language, Scale & Sovereignty. The session will explore foundational AI infrastructure designed for India’s linguistic and cultural diversity.
Deep-tech innovation takes centre stage with Ravi Machani, Founder of Machani Labs, who will present Humanoids Beyond Science Fiction, featuring R.I.A, a humanoid demonstrating real-world AI–human interaction.
The conclave will also feature Umang Bedi, Co-founder of VerSe Innovation, speaking on Leading Transformation in an AI World: Professionally & Personally, alongside Varun Mayya, Founder of Aeos Labs, who will explore AI for Management. Loveena Kamath, Founder of Full Disclosure, will lead a workshop on Building a Second Brain with AI, focused on real-world adoption.
In parallel with thought leadership, FICCI FLO Bengaluru is advancing future-tech skilling at the grassroots by training women, including members of the Karnataka State Police Women’s Force, as certified drone pilots. Anchored in a broader nation-building vision, this initiative equips women with next-generation skills that support India’s technological readiness, economic resilience, and security ecosystem. Nearly 300 women have been certified, with select participants to be felicitated at the conclave.
With participation from hundreds of delegates on ground and amplification across FLO’s 14,000-member national network, AI INDIA 2026 marks a defining moment in India’s women-led technology leadership movement.
