Event Description

An intimate evening of music and storytelling as Vasu headlines a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Bob Dylan. Vasu and Mark, both amateur musicians, who have remained connected to music despite taking a long break to pursue corporate careers, will perform some of Dylan’s most iconic songs, both well-known classics and lesser-heard gems, in an acoustic style, accompanied by violin and piano. Between performances, they’ll weave in rich vignettes from Dylan’s life and times, touching on the folk revival movement, the scene at Greenwich Village, his relationship with Woody Guthrie, his UK visit, and personal dynamics with key figures such as Joan Baez.

Through music and narrative, this session offers not just a performance, but a journey into the world of a Nobel Laureate who redefined songwriting for generations to come.
