Love baking and want to bake your first dessert? Begin with the one of most classic desserts in the french cuisine - Le Petit Antoine and embrace the dessert queen or king in you at the Academy of Pastry Arts.
In this three hour workshop, you will be guided by professional chefs in making this mouth-watering and delicious pastry at the Academy. You will be taught the basics of baking techniques for the preparation of praline and ganache required for the dessert.
