ELIASSE (Comoros Island / France) Zangoma Rock The musical concept "Zangoma Rock" was created by Baco, a famous Comorian artist, and defines the meeting of Western and traditional Comorian music.

ELIASSE creates his Zangoma Rock by mixing Western rock, blues, and folk with the traditional rhythms of his home islands and Africa overall. INGA takes her name from the Tamil word that loosely means ‘to be here’.

Currently based out of Bengaluru, she finds her way to being ‘present’ in the world with her genre-fluid music. Anchored in her melodic voice, her songs are set against groovy sounds and thumping beats, sometimes a blend of folk, pop & jazz, and other times inspiring a laid-back vibe. Never one to shy away from experimenting, her ease with unconventional song structures and stunning vocal range make her music raw, vulnerable & free. Influences from a diverse mix of artists - Fela Kuti’s fearless live performances, Devendra Banhart’s eccentric vocals, and Billie Eilish’s honest writing - have trickled down to birth the eclectic sound that is authentically INGA.
