Sriracha presents an all-new summer menu by Chef Vikas Seth! To make the most of the season, Chef Vikas Seth has rounded up some of the summer’s favorite ingredients and flavours to curate a very special menu.  

A Sriracha favourite, the Som Tam gets a summer spin with refreshing grapefruit and malta to create an irresistible combination with green papaya, chilies, green beans, cherry tomatoes, house sauce and lime, all freshly pounded together. Spring rolls are a season favorite as it’s light and full of fresh seasonal ingredients. Sriracha offers rice paper wrap spring rolls filled with red chili, lettuce, garlic, scallions, carrot, basil, cucumber, glass noodles, and bean sprouts along with a filling of your choice. Lemongrass Poached Shrimps caramelized in Palm Sugar & Roasted Peanut dressing and Norwegian Smoked Salmon Lemon with Roasted Peanut dressing is the perfect choice for all seafood lovers. Next is the Asian Pulled Chicken in Rice Vinegar and Sweet Soy Dressing and then there’s Coriander Chili Soy Tofu caramelized in Palm Sugar and Roasted Peanut Dressing. Freshly chopped Wild Mushrooms in Truffle Oil and Rice Vinegar in a Sweet Soy Dressing make for a perfect summer treat. Asparagus and Bell Peppers in Lemon and Roasted Peanut Dressing is another lip-smacking option.
