Chef Abhilash Chalil, Executive Chef URU, brings his own twist to the humble gnocchi with 5 of his own renditions to this perfect dish
This is a month long festival all through the month of February.
Gnocchi dishes on offer are
1) Four Cheese Gnocchi- Baked potato dumpling with Parmesan, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Danish Blue Cheese , tomato & broccoli
2)Sorrentina Gnocchi- Sft & light potato dumplings baked in a rich tomato sauce with Mozzarella cheese & basil
3)Pumpkin Florentine Gnocchi- Pumpkin & potato dumplings tossed in a crunchy walnut, spinach & cottage cheese sauce
4)pollo A La Gnocchi- Pillowy poatato dumplings tossed with chicken pieces , chicken salami , onions, garlic, white wine, tomatoes & bell peppers
5) Gnocchi Pesto E Gamberetti- soft and fluffy potato dumplings with basil pesto, garlic & shrimps.
