Getting to Know our Helping Hands : Third Edition

This is a special event for you to connect and celebrate all the people who help you run your household. Please join us for the third session of Helping Hands where we invite you along with your domestic help, to participate in a joyful workshop as a way to play and celebrate with each other. During the session we will play drama games, sing songs, dance as a community and share fun aspects about ourselves that help us to appreciate each other fully. Madhu Shukla who made a deep connection with the participants in the last one, will be back to lift our spirits and facilitate the sharing in the group.

Madhu Shukla

Madhu is a drama based facilitator based out of Bangalore . She believes in the power of the creative arts to live and lead life with creativity, purpose and to foster respectful communities. She is also the co-founder of By the River, a storytelling initiative started in 2014 that revels in taking the joy and power of stories to adults in groups, communities and organisations. Since her post-graduation in acting from The National School of Drama, New Delhi, she has facilitated theatre, storytelling and psychodrama practices for personal and leadership transformation in organisations and groups for over 17 years. Along with one on one counselling practice, she also trains counsellors, therapists, coaches and trainers on integrating drama based processes for healing, learning and development.
