Hopshaus introduces an exceptional line-up of summer delicacies. To celebrate summertime, Chef Vikas Seth has specially curated the menu with fresh seasonal ingredients. The new menu is available at Hopshaus - Indiranagar & Whitefield.

The hot and sultry summers demand for light, fresh and refreshingly delicious food. Piadina is a classic unleavened thin Italian flatbread historically prepared by street vendors in the Romagna region. These flatbread sandwiches are loaded with vibrant scrumptious fillings. At Hopshaus they’re served with finger-licking french fries or sweet potato fries. The grilled chicken Piadina is a combination of freshly grilled herb chicken chunks, mozzarella, bocconcini, tomatoes, lettuce, and citrus aioli. The Courgette Piadina on the other hand is prepared with pan sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, mozzarella, bocconcini, tomatoes, lettuce and citrus aioli. The Dark Chocolate & Orange Torte is a decadent mix of creamy rich dark chocolate with the tanginess of orange along with vanilla ice cream.
