We’re often taught to put ourselves last. What do we want? What do we need? What is changing? These aren’t questions we’re always given the space to ask, especially when it comes to our bodies.

Olakh is creating a room for women to slow down and have that conversation. A 90-minute, open and interactive session to talk about our bodies, understand what works for us and what doesn’t, ask the questions we’ve been carrying quietly, and learn from each other’s experiences.

There’s no panel or lecture. Just women, an open conversation, and the space to listen, learn and understand ourselves a little better. The session will also include individual fit consultations with Olakh, because knowing your body also means knowing what feels right on it.
