Event Description

Bhaskar is a Bengaluru-based photographer with a career spanning over four decades in both advertising and independent creative work. He is also the city’s only recipient of the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards (META).

In recent years, his practice has focused increasingly on non-commercial photography, including abstract, black-and-white, and colour work. Using both digital and traditional film, he creates images that often resemble abstract paintings, with silhouettes forming a recurring theme.

His photographs have been exhibited and collected through art galleries, and his work is noted for its careful use of light, framing, and atmosphere.
