Event Description

The India International Coffee Festival (IICF) 2026 brings its Bengaluru prelims to Nexus Shantiniketan from 14th to 16th November, following the successful Mumbai round. Organised by the Speciality Coffee Association of India (SCAI) with support from the Coffee Board of India, the event will host southern-region baristas competing in two major national championships:

• National Barista Championship – focusing on espresso skills, milk beverages, and signature drinks

• National Brewers’ Cup – spotlighting precision-driven manual brewing

Scores from the Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi prelims will determine the regional winners who will advance to the National Finals in Bangalore, with champions going on to represent India at international coffee championships.

Alongside the competitions, the event will bring together cafés, roasters, growers, equipment makers, and coffee enthusiasts for tasting sessions, demos, and community-led experiences celebrating India’s growing speciality coffee movement.
