"Insides and Outsides" documents India's response to discriminatory citizenship laws in late 2019, focusing on Muslim women-led protests against state crackdown. Through personal lens, animation, and archival footage, it explores religious discrimination, family dynamics, and collective anxiety during the pandemic, while examining Muslim identity in contemporary India.   

About the Film 

Arbab Ahmad is a Delhi-NCR based Visual Designer and Filmmaker with eight years of freelance experience across various formats. His notable work includes editing "Moving Upstream - Ganga," which received recognition at multiple film festivals. His short film 'Teaser' won Special Mention at Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival.
