Want to know the secret to creating the perfect Guacamole? Join us at Sanchez on January 25 for an avocado masterclass by Chef Vikas Seth who will illustrate the versatility of the creamy fruit in a bunch of easy to create recipes.

In the last few years, the Insta famous avocado has created quite a name for itself and is now synonymous with healthy eating. Chef Vikas will take you on a journey through the inimitable flavours and textures that one can craft in a variety of dishes with avocados.

The workshop will be followed by a curated dinner at Sanchez.
