This session is based around the book ‘JNU: Nationalism and India’s Uncivil War’, by Makarand Paranjape, Through this book, Paranjape makes a plea to transform rather than destroy JNU, as also reform higher education. This book is also a history of our times examining the multiple meanings of nationalism in our time. Professors Makarand Paranjape and HS Shivaprakash will be in conversation with Madhavi Peters. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session.
