JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, one of the city's luxury hotels is excited to announce their collaboration with Indian Accent for a three-day Pop-Up and bringing celebrity Chef Manish Mehrotra to Bangalore. This will take place from April 28th - 30th 2023, and will feature a specially curated menu showcasing some of the best dishes of the Indian Accent at ALBA.

Indian Accent showcases inventive Indian cuisine by complementing the flavours and traditions of India with global ingredients and techniques. Chef Manish Mehrotra has designed the menu of Indian Accent. The original restaurant in New Delhi opened in 2009 to significant acclaim for its unconventional and innovative approach to contemporary Indian food. Indian Accent, New Delhi, has been awarded the San Pellegrino ‘Best Restaurant in India’ by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for seven consecutive years and ‘Number 1 Restaurant in India’ by Condé Nast Traveller and Himalayan Sparkling Top Restaurant Awards. It has been included in Time magazine’s ‘World’s 100 Greatest Places’ list and has also been in the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ list since 2015. It opened in New York in 2016 to critical and popular acclaim and is opening soon in Mumbai. Indian Accent has recently been ranked #19 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list, a much-coveted ranking, cementing its position as one of the finest dining establishments in Asia.

Chef Mehrotra has been called the most exciting modern Indian chef in the world today. He has been awarded Best Chef in India by several establishments and publications. This is Indian Accent’s first Pop Up in Bengaluru and Chef Mehrotra is excited to collaborate with the culinary team at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru to bring his unique style of cooking to the city.

The three-day event will be held at ALBA, and will feature a selection of Chef Mehrotra's signature dishes, including the famous Danish Blue Cheese Naan, Quinoa Dahi Vada, Pumpkin Bitterballen, Kanyakumari Crab with Sago Pongal, Meetha Achaar Pork Ribs, and Murg Malai, Gobindobhog and Mushroom Payesh, Summer Truffle, to name some of the highlights of this much-anticipated menu.
