Event Description

'Kalaripayattu' which essentially translates to 'practice in the arts of the battlefield', is considered to be among the oldest and most scientific martial arts in the world. Originating in Kerala, this art form primarily focuses on the coordination between the mind and body. Loka Studio for Movement Practices is conducting an intense 1 and 1/2-hour workshop.
