On Friday (26th August), from 5:00 - 6:30 PM, Karuna Ezara Parikh will be at Champaca signing copies and reading from her book, The Heart Asks Pleasure First! Her book tells the dazzling love story of Daya and Aftab. In this forbidden tale of love, Parikh poignantly explores power, friendship, islamophobia, and the dangerous world we inhabit.
