The Forest Walk is an invitation to step away from the usual, slow down, and become curious about what we notice when we give ourselves the space to pay attention.

We will spend time together through a guided forest walk, slowing down and using our senses to notice the world around us, what is happening within us, and what emerges when we simply pause and pay attention.

You will meet new people, share stories, listen, notice, and wonder together.
