Curated by their mixologist Tushar, the 10-day fest is aptly named ‘Ginfluence’. From homemade lavender concentrate with Gin and floated with Prosecco in French Lavender Mist, Basil Fizz with garden plucked basil muddled with cucumber chunks to gin stirred with raw honey, rose water and sweetened rose petals and their signature concoction Fortune of Magenta of magenta shrub, every drink listed in the menu gives away a taste of serenity with each sip. A magnificent clear blue sky, by the pool enjoying the breeze, BG’s Poolside Bar and Grill creates the perfect ambience to enjoy a refreshing gin cocktail.
